MCCSA Open Meeting: MCCCD Expenditure Limit

The budget has affected all of us, especially staff. As MCCCD starts to slowly increase enrollment, we are dealing with the fall out of a complex financial system that was just stress tested unlike ever before. 

We are not on a good path. While we have been gifted 2 years of relief from penalties, it is a very temporary fix.
