The report, which is co-authored by executives from MCCSA and Charter FS Corporation, examines structures and approches being utilized in charter public schools across the state.

Implementation of Michigan's Student Safety Initiative
New state laws related to the review and disclosure of school employee criminal histories are now in place.  This toolkit is designed to help charter schools understand their responsibilities to their employees and to the public, and will help address practical questions about the implementation of the new state requirements.
